The venues for the

The main conference will be held at the Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Centre (BCFCC), Shere Bangla Nagar Dhaka very near to the Parliament Building |
| Executive Committee Meetings |
All Executive Committee meetings will be held at The Pan Pacific Hotel Sonargaon, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka except the New Executive Committee meeting which will be held at the BCFCC on the 11th of October 2003 |

Conference and meetings of the Small Countries will be held at Hotel Sheraton, Shahbag, Dhaka. |
