The 49th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference is going to be held from the
4th thru 12th of October 2003 in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh.

Executive Committee Meeting will be held from 5th – 6th October. So, Members of the Executive Committee should arrive in Dhaka by Saturday 4th October. Meeting of the Executive Committee will be held in Dhaka. Meeting of the New Executive Committee will be held in Dhaka on 11th October. |
| Small Countries Conference and Meetings |
Small Countries Conference will be held in Dhaka from 5th – 6th October. Delegates to the Small Countries Conference should arrive in Dhaka, by Saturday, 4th October. |
| Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians (CWP) Steering Committee Meeting |
Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians Steering Committee Meeting will be held in Dhaka on Monday, 6th October. Members of the CWP Steering Committee should arrive in Dhaka, on Sunday, 5th October. CWP business meeting will be held on 10th October at 0800-0930 during breakfast. |

Main Conference (Plenary, General Assembly and Workshop Sessions) will be held in Dhaka, from 7th – 11th October. Delegates, Observers and Accompanying Persons should arrive in Dhaka on Sunday, 6th October. |
